As some people are sceptical, I would like to clarify that the taste of homemade wine is usually better than that of a regular inexpensive wine. Of course your first wine might not be excellent. But as a rule of thumb, you can say that an experienced winemaker at home can make better wines than most of what's commercialised.
So! Keep at it newbies, and someday you'll be able to make the wine that suits you best :)
I'm still hoping my first batch of beer comes out good!
ReplyDeletePROTIP: It's better if it comes out of a box.
